We are NovaSystems, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our engineering team is growing and we need a Junior Frontend Developer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.

What You'll Do:
- Lead code reviews and mentor engineers across the team
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical requirements
- Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response efforts
- Identify and address technical debt to keep the codebase healthy
- Improve system reliability, performance, and observability
- Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code

- Strong foundational skills in your area of expertise

- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Comfortable working in a collaborative remote environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
