We are NexGen Digital, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our product team is growing and we need a Junior Product Owner to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.

What You'll Do:
- Identify market opportunities through user research and competitive analysis
- Gather and prioritize customer feedback and feature requests
- Analyze product metrics and run experiments to drive growth
- Write clear product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations effectively
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a collaborative remote environment
- Proficiency with version control and collaboration tools
