We are IronKite, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our engineering team is growing and we need a Junior React Native Developer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.

What You'll Do:
- Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
- Drive architectural decisions aligned with long-term product goals
- Contribute to engineering roadmap planning and sprint execution
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment infrastructure
- Improve system reliability, performance, and observability

- Strong foundational skills in your area of expertise
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in a collaborative remote environment
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
