We are HelixSoft, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our sales team is growing and we need a Junior Sales Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and deliver compelling product demos to potential clients
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams
- Identify customer needs and align solutions to their goals
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in Salesforce
What We're Looking For:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with version control and collaboration tools
- Strong foundational skills in your area of expertise
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
