We are SkyBridge Tech, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our design team is growing and we need a Junior UI Designer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Stay current with UX trends and accessibility best practices
- Define and track design quality metrics and success criteria
- Translate complex user problems into elegant, simple solutions
- Lead end-to-end design process from research to high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate closely with engineers during implementation
- Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback

- Strong foundational skills in your area of expertise

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
