About the Role
We are SolidPath, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our sales team is growing and we need a Mid-Level Business Development Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets and contribute to team growth
- Collaborate with customer success on seamless handoffs post-sale
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in Salesforce

- Proven ability to deliver projects independently
- Solid understanding of best practices in your domain
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
