We are IronKite, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our design team is growing and we need a Mid-Level Product Designer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.

What You'll Do:
- Define and track design quality metrics and success criteria
- Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Translate complex user problems into elegant, simple solutions
- Stay current with UX trends and accessibility best practices
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design specifications

What We're Looking For:
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams
- Proven ability to deliver projects independently
- Solid understanding of best practices in your domain
