We are BlueprintDev, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our product team is growing and we need a Mid-Level Technical Product Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.

What You'll Do:
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations effectively
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Work with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver features
- Write clear product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria

What We're Looking For:
- Solid understanding of best practices in your domain
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams
