We are SkyBridge Tech, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our design team is growing and we need a Senior Creative Director to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Stay current with UX trends and accessibility best practices
- Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Collaborate closely with engineers during implementation
- Define and track design quality metrics and success criteria
- Translate complex user problems into elegant, simple solutions
What We're Looking For:
- Strong system design and architectural thinking
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to drive technical decisions with long-term impact
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
