We are Meridian Labs, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our design team is growing and we need a Staff Creative Director to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Maintain and evolve the company design system and component library
- Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Define and track design quality metrics and success criteria
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design specifications
- Lead end-to-end design process from research to high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate closely with engineers during implementation
- Stay current with UX trends and accessibility best practices
What We're Looking For:
- Exceptional mentorship and organizational leadership skills
- 8+ years of experience with increasing scope and impact
- Recognized expertise that spans multiple teams or domains
- History of influencing technical or product strategy at scale
