We are ProtonWorks, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our product team is growing and we need a Staff Product Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.

What You'll Do:
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Identify market opportunities through user research and competitive analysis
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations effectively
- Analyze product metrics and run experiments to drive growth
- Write clear product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Work with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver features
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals

What We're Looking For:
- Recognized expertise that spans multiple teams or domains
- History of influencing technical or product strategy at scale
- 8+ years of experience with increasing scope and impact
- Exceptional mentorship and organizational leadership skills
- Ability to work on ambiguous problems with limited direction
